The Rhythm Room is a Phoenix concert-club that
presents a wide variety of music, but has always
specialized in the Blues! Since it’s
opening in September 1991, the Rhythm Room has
presented local, regional, and national Blues of
the highest degree.
Among some of the legends who have performed at
the Rhythm Room: Bobby Bland, Bo Diddley, Junior
Wells, Koko Taylor, Pinetop Perkins, Henry Gray,
Johnny Copland, Charlie Musselwhite, Jimmy
Rogers, Hubert Sumlin, Jimmie Vaughan, Hank
Ballard, Junior Walker & The All-Stars,
Fabulous Thunderbirds, R.L. Burnside, Louisiana
Red, Billy Boy Arnold, Lazy Lester, Leon
Redbone, Mose Allison, Buckwheat Zydeco, etc.
Owner Bob Corritore is also a noted blues artist
in his own right and brings his musician’s
perspective into the mix.
